1. Digital Products

Since our products are digital in nature, all sales are final. Once you have received and accessed the digital invitation videos (wedding, birthday, or any other type), no returns or refunds can be provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the video file you receive is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be accessed due to technical reasons beyond your control, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, a full refund may be issued.
  • Non-delivery: If, for any reason, we fail to deliver the invitation video within the agreed-upon timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: As all our invitation videos are custom-made based on your input, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect Details Provided: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details (names, dates, event information, etc.) provided for the creation of the video are correct. We will not issue refunds for videos created with incorrect information due to customer error.
  • Creative Differences: We work hard to deliver high-quality, customized videos. Refunds will not be provided based on subjective preferences or creative differences after the final product has been delivered.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your video. Provide your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Modifications and Revisions

If you need changes or revisions to your video, we offer limited revisions based on the package you selected. Additional revisions beyond the included ones may incur extra charges.
